A question about the 'Pause' transport action 

Hi, we have sws actions to save and restore cursor position but for this behavior I think you'd need a script.

I've got your script to run and it works perfectly, now I'll try to streamline it a bit more for my purposes (for example removing the dialog boxes which you have to click away). I'm totally new to scripting, but I'll try to make a script which will, upon starting it with a custom 'Play' shortcut: 1) run your 'get cursor position' code part 2) run action: play - now the user can pause/unpause the playback to his heart's content - 3) when a custom 'Stop' shortcut is pressed: 4) run action: stop 5) run your 'reset cursor to stored location' code part I'll let you know how it goes!

I tried learning a bit about lua scripting the other day, but quickly realized it's not something you learn in an evening. And my last programming experiences were writing programs in BASIC on my Commodore 64 in the 80's! :) Thanks Again!
