Boot spoiler template

Does anyone have (and not need it) or know where to get a template for the holes for a boot spoiler on the S40? Just tried my local dealer and they do a template in with the spoiler but have for some strange reason discontinued the template by itself.

Open the hatch, look at where the spoiler will fit there 2 black rubber bungs. Remove bungs, drill holes. Done oh and grease holes and re-fit bungs.
